Online Order Processing Procedure

Q: Lost and Found

Lost & Found Policy At Alien Fresh Jerky, we keep any lost and found items for a period of 30 days in our Lost &amp; Found bin. If you believe that you may have lost a personal article, you may call the store directly at (760) 733-4180, during business hours, and verify if your lost item has been found at the store. We do not ship personal items such as wallets, cellular phones, or anything which may contain personal private data. Wallets and Cell Phones If after 30 days no claim is made to a wallet or cellular phone, these items are then turned over to the local police authorities, and those items may be available for pick-up there.

If you recently placed an order on our website, here's what typically happens next.

Step 1: Your order is received.

We receive and process orders Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm PST. If you place your order before 11:00 am PST, and all items are available at the time of the order being placed, your order will ship that same day. Orders received after 11:00 am PST are received that same day, but processed the next business day, for example, if you place your order on a Friday after 11:00 am PST, your order will be processed the following Monday. The exception to this is when either that following Monday happens to be a Federal Holiday. If you happen to place an order on a Federal Holiday, your order will be received and you will receive a notification via email stating that we have received your order, but it will be processed on the next business day.

Step 2: Your order is processed, packaged, and shipped.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your order package. Typically it includes a link which you can follow and track your package. We use USPS Priority Service on orders of 3+ items, and we also use USPS First Class Mail with Tracking on orders of 2 items or less. If an order is over 12 items, we may end up using FedEx which would ensure a much faster shipment of your order as well.

Our store hours in Baker, CA, are seasonal and are subject to change without notice. To play it safe, here are the open hours that will not change:

7-Days A Week 8:00 am - 7:00 pm

Hours are in PST time zone. If you arrive between those times, there is a very high probability that we are open. Closing times vary throughout the year, again, due to seasonality and traffic, but typically we are open at least to 7:00 pm. The exception to this is Thanksgiving Day for which we close at 6:00 pm.
