Online Order Processing Procedure

If you recently placed an order on our website, here's what typically happens next.

Step 1: Your order is received.

We receive and process orders Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm PST. If you place your order before 11:00 am PST, and all items are available at the time of the order being placed, your order will ship that same day. Orders received after 11:00 am PST are received that same day, but processed the next business day, for example, if you place your order on a Friday after 11:00 am PST, your order will be processed the following Monday. The exception to this is when either that following Monday happens to be a Federal Holiday. If you happen to place an order on a Federal Holiday, your order will be received and you will receive a notification via email stating that we have received your order, but it will be processed on the next business day.

Step 2: Your order is processed, packaged, and shipped.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your order package. Typically it includes a link which you can follow and track your package. We use USPS Priority Service on orders of 3+ items, and we also use USPS First Class Mail with Tracking on orders of 2 items or less. If an order is over 12 items, we may end up using FedEx which would ensure a much faster shipment of your order as well.

Online Order Not Received / Shipped

If you placed an online order and it's been more than 72 hours since your last notification or confirmation, here's what we need in order to better serve you:

Your First and Last Name as stated on the order placed.
Your email address associated with your order (the email used for the order)
Your Order Number and date it was placed.
